In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather, natural disasters, or other significant disruptions, the organisers will make every effort to reschedule the Sydney Trail Half Marathon

If the event is postponed, participants who are unable to attend the rescheduled date will only be eligible for a partial refund (60%). However, they will have the option to transfer their entry to a future STHM event. We will ensure timely communication of all updates and announcements through our website, email notifications, and social media platforms.

Additionally, we will be conducting regular reviews of the conditions at Parramatta Lake Reserve in the lead-up to the event to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

If you would like to request a refund, please fill out the confirmation form asking for the 60% refund.

Please allow up to 5 business days for this request to be actioned.

Night Edition Refund Policy is as follows: 

• 60% of entry fees are refundable prior to 8th of October 2025.

• After the 8th of October 2025, we can not refund your entry as all costs have been made. There are no exceptions.

• Entry fees are non-refundable for non-starters and non-finishers.

Summer Edition Refund Policy is as follows: 

• 60% of entry fees are refundable prior to November 14, 2025

• You can defer your entry prior to November 14, 2025 for zero cost. Deferred entries cannot be refunded at a later date. You can defer for as long as possible.

• After November 14, 2025, we can not refund your entry as all costs have been made. There are no exceptions.

• Entry fees are non-refundable for non-starters and non-finishers.

You can transfer your registration to anyone prior to the 15th of October 2025.

To transfer your registration, please logon to your Njuko Dashboard and enter the new runners email into the transfer box.

You can get your Njuko Dashboard login details from the initial confirmation email.

Note: We do not handled payments between runners looking to transfer race entries.
