In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather, natural disasters, or other significant disruptions, the organisers will make every effort to reschedule the Sydney Trail Half Marathon

If the event is postponed, participants who are unable to attend the rescheduled date will only be eligible for a partial refund (60%). However, they will have the option to transfer their entry to a future STHM event. We will ensure timely communication of all updates and announcements through our website, email notifications, and social media platforms.

Additionally, we will be conducting regular reviews of the conditions at Parramatta Lake Reserve in the lead-up to the event to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

If you would like to request a refund, please fill out the confirmation form asking for the 60% refund.

Please allow up to 5 business days for this request to be actioned.

Night Edition Refund Policy is as follows: 

• 60% of entry fees are refundable if requested before March 1, 2026

• After March 1, 2026, entry fees are non-refundable

• Deferrals to a future Sydney Trail Half Marathon are permitted at no cost if requested before March 1, 2026

• No refunds are provided for non-starters or non-finishers

• Refund requests must be submitted via email. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing

Autumn Edition Refund Policy is as follows:

• 60% of entry fees are refundable if requested before 06/03/2026;

• After 06/03/2026, entry fees are non-refundable;

• Deferrals to a future Event Organiser event are permitted at no cost if requested before 06/03/2026;

• No refunds are provided for non-starters or non-finishers; and

• Refund requests must be submitted via email, and will be approved in the discretion of the Event Organiser.

Transfer Windows:

• Transfers for the STHM Night Edition close on 16th of March 2025.

• Transfers for the STHM Autumn Edition close on 2nd of April 2025.
